What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Evansville, WI and surrounding areas. If you're outside our current service area, contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate your needs using the form above.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. The cutoff time for next-day service is 7:00 PM.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking. We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How many dogs can you transport at once?
We can transport up to 3 dogs per household per run, with a maximum of 14 dogs total per run to ensure individual attention and safety.
What safety measures do you have in place?
We use a secure harness-enabled system, climate-controlled vehicle, and Rafa, our driver, is a professional and provides thorough care for your dogs.
Do you work with specific daycares?
We currently work with All Paws daycare in Evansville. If you use a different daycare, please contact us to discuss options.
What about veterinary or grooming appointments? Do you provide transportation for needs other than daycare?
We can provide transportation for veterinary or grooming appointments but we recommend scheduling your appointment for a time when we are not on the road. Please contact us by filling out the form above to discuss options.
Do you provide transportation services for pets other than dogs?
To maximize the value we're able to provide to your furry family members, we currently only provide transportation services for dogs.
